Barn shares the latest addition to his collection - a beautiful spoon with some fantastic chip carving made by Joe Walter. Joe let us know that the wood is Cherry, it has been ebonised using the standard home made ebonising solution, but had a bicarbonate of soda pre-treatment to bring out the warm colours of the cherry first.
